PURPOSE AND SUBJECT
The purpose of this agreement is to determine the conditions regarding the member's benefit from the services offered by H7 Part on the website named https://h7part.com and to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
H7 Part provides machine parts production and supply services via https://h7part.com. The Member wishes to purchase products and services offered by H7 Part or request services.
The Member agrees to this agreement and undertakes to comply with all services, content and conditions offered by H7 Part.

Membership begins with the approval of this agreement and acceptance by H7 Part.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
H7 Part owns all intellectual property rights, including the https://h7part.com domain name, logo, brand and designs. The Member cannot use these rights without the permission of H7 Part.
PRIVACY
H7 Part collects, stores and processes the member's personal data within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The member consents to the processing of his/her personal data in this manner.
FORCE MAJEURE
H7 Part shall not be liable in the event of failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure beyond its control.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement is subject to Turkish Law and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction in disputes that may arise between the parties.
ENFORCEMENT
This agreement shall enter into force on the date the member becomes a member of https://h7part.com.
